SHIPPING Our main method of shipment is via UPS, unless UPS is not available or cannot be used. You may request another shipping method, if and only if, you, the client, pays any monetary difference. In addition, if such shipping method does not have a tracking number, you release The Motorsports Authority of any liability of the shipment. If your product is damaged during shipment, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to file a complaint with UPS or the respective shipping company. If assistance from one of our staff is needed, we are happy to assist in helping you resolve this matter. Please note that if your package is shipping via Freight, please inspect your package and note ANY possible damages to the package or product. FAILURE to do so can result in the refusual of your insurance claim. RETURNS The Motorsports Authority, Inc. accepts refunds on unused and uninstalled products only. Returns must be authorized by the shop manager. Unused and unistalled products carry a 30 day refund policy minus a 25% restocking fee and any shipping costs.
