| 12 Month Motorsports Authority Aftermarket Service Program This Motorsports Authority Aftermarket Service Program is administered by The Motorsports Authority, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as MSA). This Program is extended only to you, the original purchaser, and is not transferable to any future owners. This program covers only services for the aftermarket products listed in your original purchase invoice and must be present to file any claims. The service program is sold on a per install basis, where each product installed will be assigned its own purchase number. This program is only available if we fully installed your aftermarket product at our location. What is The Aftermarket Product Service Program? The Manufacturer covers only the replacement of their product(s) against defect(s). For example, if you purchase shocks, have MSA install it, and it must be warrantied, the Manufacturer (if the proper criteria are met under the factory warranty) will replace their product. Manufacturers do not pay for the labor to remov and reinstall the product. This service program covers these labor rates. Terms and Conditions: - Labor is covered for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
- During this coverage, you will not be billed any amount for removal and re-installation of only the program item. Any additional labor for removal, repairs, or any other necessary services is not covered under this program.
- The following products are not eligible for the Aftermarket Service Program:
- Clutch and Flywheels
- Transmissions
- Air ride suspensions or any components thereof
- Forced Induction products – i.e. Turbos, Superchargers, Nitrous and any parts associated with them.
- Complete Motors
· The customer is responsible for any additional costs including but not limited to a possible increased labor rate or an increase in product costs determined by the manufacturer. - Shipping costs are not covered under this warranty.
How to file a Claim: 1. If you have a product that has failed and is still currently under the factory warranty, please bring your vehicle to our facility to examine the product. a. If the product is deemed covered, the product will be removed, shipped, and reinstalled by our facility. Dependent on the workload and labor time to remove the product, the repair may be made the following work day. Please be patient as some of these services take longer than others and a lift bay, if necessary, may not be available. b. If the product is deemed not covered by this program, the customer will be responsible for all labor involved the removal and reinstallation of the product. 2. A copy of your receipt and this contract MUST be presented. |
