WARRANTY POLICY

Products sold and distributed by The Motorsports Authority, Inc. (Motorsports Authority) are not under warranty by Motorsports Authority.  However, Motorsports Authority will honor any effective manufacturer’s guarantees.  (A receipt must be available to provide proof of purchase.)  Manufacturer warranty claims must follow the appropriate steps and guidelines set forth by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, Manufacturer warranties do not cover labor in most cases.  Therefore, labor rates will be assessed on the removal and re-installation of such parts, unless other arrangements have been made with management. In addition, freight to or from the manufacturer are usually not covered. Therefore, you, the client, will be assessed any shipping fees as well as any additional fees associated with the warranty claim.

All clients must follow the manufacturer’s recommendations and guidelines.  Failure to do so may create unsafe conditions or result in the malfunction of the item.  Motorsports Authority is not responsible for the client’s failure to comply.

Motorsports Authority stands by the efficiency and quality of its services.  If at any time, Motorsports Authority agrees that a service that was provided did not meet Motorsports Authority’s standard of excellence, the issue will be promptly resolved. Motorsports Authority warranties its workmanship for a period of 60 days.

Rarely does a project become too difficult or that Motorsports Authority is unable to complete it.  However, if this occurs, the client will be notified immediately of the situation, and the situation will be promptly resolved.

If the client has any complaints or compliments, please contact Bryan Lin.

Painting
Motorsports Authority only uses chemicals and paints of quality.  All chemicals and paints are routinely checked to ensure that each product is up to date and that quality is not sacrificed.

If the client provides the paint and requests that it is used, Motorsports Authority will honor the request and provide the best service possible.  However, due to the unknown nature of the paint mixture, Motorsports Authority is not liable for the final result.

Body Work
Body work is a difficult and intricate service that will be provided in the most efficient manner without sacrificing quality.  If the client chooses to sacrifice the quality to lower the cost of the installation, the client forfeits all liabilities that associate the vehicle, including its components, and Motorsports Authority.

Audio (Installations)
Motorsports Authority uses the best materials necessary to create and install an audio system to the specifications of the client.  If at any time the installation becomes difficult or is unable to be completed, the client will be notified immediately of the situation.

All installed components are chosen by the client, and Motorsports Authority is not liable for the performance of the audio components.  In addition, if the client chooses to sacrifice the quality to lower the cost of the installation, the client forfeits all liabilities that associate the vehicle, including its components, and Motorsports Authority.

Performance (Installations)
